Anitra Puntolillo has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from the College of New Jersey. Additionally, she has a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Monmouth University.
In her private practice, she counsels individuals, couples, children, families and groups. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC).
She has studied an array of treatment modalities; Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Sand Tray Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy. Additional training includes addictions, crisis intervention, education, developmental disabilities, domestic violence, family systems, sexual abuse and trauma.
